How/When will we receive our photos?
Turnaround times for galleries depends on the scope of the work involved. Typically galleries are delivered a week - two weeks. Galleries are delivered through a private email link that can be shared with as many friends and family members as you desire and are ready to print or download in high resolution.
what's your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation of photo sessions will-in 48hrs will forfeit the deposit paid for that session.
Rescheduling due to inclement weather: no additional charge or loss of deposit in these instances.
Do we have the necessary printing rights to our photos?
Yes! Once the gallery is in your hands, you will have the option to print photos directly within the gallery thru our professional print lab or through alternative printing service.
How long will we have access to our photos?
Once you receive a link with your gallery attached, you will have access to your photos for three months from the delivery date. I always recommend that my clients save and back up there photos to three different locations because you can never be too careful, think: USB first, hard drive second, and computer last.
